1pen Publish proudly presents Islam, Amerika and the World by Shaykh Khalid Yasin.
It has been such an honour and pleasure to cooperate with Shaykh Khalid Yasin in this book project of his and I’m very happy to announce its release and share a review here.
At the time when I read the book the first time, I was studying how to create paint and pigment for my watercolours. And I learned about Rembrandt and how he went out in the nature and found his pigments of which he created his own paint.
Like this Shaykh Khalid Yasin also went out into the world and found the pigments of Islam and in this book he is painting a great vision and sharing it here with us. This is a wonderful inspiration to all who are interested in religion, history and how to create stable societies when we implement the knowledge we have gained.
The book is in 5 parts, where the first 3-part deal with Islam, America and the World and we are given a historic and Islamic perspective that leads up to our common worldwide situation today. Part 4 gives a response to Islamophobia and Racism and part 5 is 4 excerpts from selected Ramadan 2020 lectures addressing these issues.
Ater reading this book you will feel Enlightened, Empowered and Motivated to support yourself, the socities and communites we all are an important part of and in which we each have an important part to play.
Islam, America and the World by Shaykh Khalid Yasin
About The Book
Hundreds of books have been written in the last fifty years about Islam as a religion and its epistemology, jurisprudence, and historical abundance. Most of them were written by scholars, journalists, and historians, from various Muslim countries for educational and inspirational purposes.
These books form the core of the Islamic knowledge in the English literature, available readily in Islamic bookstores, institutional libraries, and personal book collection in the Western world. However, Islam, America, and the World, is one of the only books of its kind; written by an African American Muslim.
The theme of this book centers around removing blatant misconceptions and distortions about Islam and Muslims, addressing the challenges of the phenomenal conversion to Islam of millions of people throughout the Western world and, finally, addressing the profound implications which Islam has in our modern “global village” today.
In this book, the three terminologies Islam, America, and the World, have been expounded upon to be delivered as a seamless and cohesive paradigm of social, political, and ideological perspectives. Yet, they are relevant to the challenges and dynamics of present-day America, the Western societies, and our modern world.
Don’t forget to leave a review, it helps others like you find the book and I’d love to know how you enjoyed it!
